MORE THAN A COFFEE CART.

We're the two people behind Brava Brews. Between long stretches on the road, early mornings, and a shared appreciation for a really good cup of coffee, we've found ourselves dreaming up a life that leaves room for a little more creativity and adventure.

Brava is one of those ideas that kept growing the more we talked about it. What started as a possibility became something we wanted to put our time, energy, and imagination into. And now, we're getting to see it take shape.

There's a lot of ourselves in this little business, from the flavors we're developing to the places we hope to take it. We're excited to share more than just coffee with the people we meet along the way.

A LITTLE ABOUT US.

ROOTED IN SOMETHING REAL.

For us, Brava is about more than making good coffee. It's about being intentional with what we create, where our ingredients come from, and the people who make it all possible.

Our connection to Mexican culture is woven into the way we approach coffee. Not just through familiar flavors and ingredients, but through an appreciation for the traditions, creativity, and communities behind them. We want to honor those influences while giving ourselves room to experiment and make something distinctly our own.

That same thought goes into the coffee we choose to serve. We work with a California roaster that prioritizes sourcing from women-owned coffee farms, particularly in Mexico. Knowing there's a story behind the beans matters to us. Coffee passes through a lot of hands before it reaches yours, and we believe the people at the beginning of that process deserve recognition.

We're not trying to reinvent coffee or claim to have it all figured out. We're building something that reflects what we value: thoughtful sourcing, a willingness to try something different, and a genuine appreciation for the people and places that inspire us.

Because what goes into a cup should matter just as much as what comes out of it.

BUILT BEYOND THE FIRELINE.

Before Brava Brews, our days looked a little different. As wildland firefighters, we've spent our seasons working long hours, traveling through unfamiliar places, and learning what it means to depend on the people beside us.

It's work that demands patience, adaptability, and a willingness to figure things out when nothing goes according to plan. Those experiences have shaped more than our careers. They've influenced how we approach challenges, the value we place on community, and what we want out of the lives we're building.

Brava gives us a chance to take that same determination and put it into something entirely our own. Trading fire assignments for coffee pop-ups might seem like an unexpected direction, but the two have more in common than you'd think. Both require early mornings, teamwork, preparation, and the ability to adapt when things don't go as expected.

We're proud of where we've been, and we're equally excited about what we're creating beyond the fireline. Brava isn't about leaving those experiences behind. It's about carrying what they've taught us into something new.

SMALL BUSINESS. BIG IDEAS.

One of the things we love about starting with a coffee cart is the freedom to show up in different spaces and meet people we might not have crossed paths with otherwise.

We're excited about becoming part of the neighborhoods and communities that welcome us, collaborating with other small businesses, and creating the kind of experience that makes someone stop by again.

We're starting small, but we're thinking beyond the cart. Whatever Brava becomes, we want to keep the same curiosity and attention to detail that brought us here in the first place.
